    Un lieu incroyable qui invite a la connaissance de soi !
    Emmanuelle et Bouchra sont des professeurs lumineuses et bienveillantes ! Le studio est propre et spacieux.
    Quant à la pratique du Yoga Bikram dés le premier cours j'ai immédiatement     … More ressenti les bénéfices comme la réduction du stress, une meilleure qualité de sommeil, et moins de tension dans le corps. Je recommande !
