Bikram Yoga classes are accessible to all, without booking.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, confirmed or not, flexible or not at all, the Bikram Yoga serie is a succession of Hatha Yoga postures specially designed for beginners.
It is necessary to arrive at least 30 minutes before the beginning of the class to get acquainted and proceed with your registration.
Getting ready for your 1st class:
ο A light and comfortable outfit is recommended. Avoid sweatpants and long-sleeved t-shirts, prefer shorts and tank tops. It’s going to be hot!
ο Bring 1 yoga mat, 1 towel for practice & 1 towel for the shower and 1 large bottle of water. But you will find everything you need for your practice to rent / buy at the Studio.
ο Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day and at least 2 hours before class.
ο Make sure you have a light stomach, with your last meal taken at least 4h before class.
In the practice room:
ο Please respect the silence before, during and after class.
ο No shoes, phone or any personal effects.
ο Practice gently for your first class and do not go out during class. The heat can seem overwhelming at first, or even hardly bearable in the middle of the class. Do not panic, take a break, sit quietly, breathe calmly and resume practice when you feel ready.
ο Remember, no judgment, no competition, the idea is to practice all together quite simply.
After your 1st class:
ο Enjoy the relaxation area and rehydrate.
ο Share your first impressions with the Teachers and other Yogis.
ο Plan your next session.
